49jl retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable minimum retention periods mandated by Philippine law. The following retention principles apply:

1. Active Account Data: Personal data associated with an active 49jl Account is retained for the duration of the Account's active status and for a period of five (5) years following Account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements under Republic Act No. 9160.
2. KYC and Identity Documents: Identity verification documents and associated records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the termination of the player relationship, or longer where required by AML regulations or regulatory requests.
3. Financial Transaction Records: Deposit, withdrawal, and bet transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with applicable financial record-keeping regulations.

The 49jl Platform is strictly not intended for use by persons under 21 years of age. 49jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The age verification process at account registration is designed to prevent underage registration.

In the event that 49jl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, such data will be promptly deleted, the associated Account terminated, and any transactions reversed to the extent technically and legally possible. Suspected cases of underage registration are reported to relevant authorities where required.
