49jl Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "Platform" means the 49jl online gaming website accessible at 49jl.asia, including all related services, applications, tools, and content made available thereon.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a registered Player on the Platform, associated with a unique username, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on 49jl or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Real Money Balance" means the funds deposited by a Player into their 49jl Account wallet and available for use in placing bets on the Platform.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Balance funds become eligible for withdrawal to a real-money payment method.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process 49jl conducts using government-issued identification documents before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and directives applicable to online gaming in the Philippines, including any standards and guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By accessing, registering on, or using the 49jl Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by:

• Clicking the confirmation checkbox on the registration form affirming that you have read and agree to these Terms;
• Completing the account registration process on 49jl;
• Depositing funds into your 49jl Account; or

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms is given both on your own behalf and on their behalf.

To register and use the 49jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict eligibility requirement and is not subject to exception. Philippine gaming regulations require that all participants in casino-style online gaming be at least 21 years old.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where access to and use of the 49jl Platform is lawful. The Platform is primarily designed for use by Philippine residents.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law. Persons under any form of legal guardianship or who have been declared legally incapacitated are not eligible to register.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be enrolled in a self-exclusion program — whether through 49jl or any other gaming operator — and must not be on any exclusion register maintained by regulatory authorities.
5. Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be a problem gambler and must not be registered in any gambling harm treatment or support program at the time of registration.
6. Single Account: You must not already hold a registered Account on the 49jl Platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted.

To access 49jl's gaming services, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the account registration process:

• Accurate Information: You are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false registration information is a violation of these Terms.
• One Account Rule: Each individual may only hold one Account on 49jl. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your 49jl Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Allowing third parties to access or use your Account is a breach of these Terms.
• KYC Documents: 49jl reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including government-issued Philippine identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID) — at any time. Failure to provide required documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or restriction of withdrawals.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. Notify 49jl's support team promptly of any changes to your contact details or mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 49jl Account credentials. The following obligations apply:

• You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must immediately notify 49jl's support team upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach relating to your credentials.
• 49jl will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 49jl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your Account, including bets placed and deposits made, unless and until you report an unauthorized access incident to 49jl support.
• 49jl recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security, particularly where significant funds are held in the Account wallet.

All financial transactions on the 49jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• 49jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱10. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as specified on the Platform.
• Deposits are credited to your Account wallet in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. 49jl is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing systems.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests require successful completion of the KYC identity verification process. Accounts that have not been verified will not have withdrawals processed until verification is complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical feasibility. 49jl may request additional verification before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Processing times for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically within minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours.
• 49jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews before processing withdrawal requests that trigger anti-money laundering thresholds, which may result in temporary processing delays.

49jl offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time each promotion is offered, which form part of these Terms. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

1. Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion, including age, account verification status, and minimum deposit thresholds.
2. Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, payment method, or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in the specific promotion's terms.
4. 49jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Material changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players via their registered email address or notification within the Account.
5. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
6. 49jl reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void any winnings derived therefrom if, in 49jl's reasonable determination, the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation, or any activity inconsistent with fair and legitimate play.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the 49jl Platform:

• Bets may only be placed using available Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance (subject to applicable restrictions). Bets placed without sufficient Account balance are void.
• Once confirmed, bets are final and may not be amended, cancelled, or reversed except as explicitly provided in the applicable game rules or these Terms.
• 49jl reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets accepted due to a software malfunction, an incorrect price or odds display, or a data feed error. Where bets are voided due to an error not attributable to the Player, the bet stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Game results displayed on the 49jl Platform are final. In the event of a dispute between a Player's records and the Platform's server records, the Platform's server records shall be the authoritative source.
• 49jl may impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any game, table, or market at any time. These limits are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change.
• Any winnings credited to a Player's Account as a result of a technical error, system fault, or any circumstances where the Platform has accepted bets erroneously will be void and subject to reclamation by 49jl.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 49jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all Account balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law:

1. Money Laundering: Using the Platform in any way that facilitates, assists, or constitutes money laundering under Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
2. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
3. Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or tournaments hosted on the Platform.
4. Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way without 49jl's express written authorization.
5. Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting wagering requirement loopholes; systematically placing low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the game risk.
6. Hacking and System Exploitation: Attempting to access, probe, scan, or exploit the Platform's systems, networks, servers, or databases without authorization; introducing malicious code; conducting denial-of-service attacks.
7. Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a Player while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any underage individual.
8. Charging Backs: Filing unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with payment providers in relation to deposits made to 49jl.

49jl is committed to providing a gaming environment that promotes responsible play. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, you will be locked out of gameplay until the limit period resets.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is processed immediately upon request; re-activation requests are subject to a mandatory 90-day review period and additional verification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without 49jl's prior written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or functionality;
• Using any 49jl trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without prior written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 49jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Platform unavailability, interruptions, or technical errors beyond 49jl's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security;
• Any third-party actions, including payment processing failures, telecommunications outages, or internet service disruptions.

49jl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 49jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

49jl processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and 49jl. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

The collection, use, and storage of your personal information — including registration data, KYC documents, and transaction records — is governed by the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations. 49jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 49jl will provide advance notice by:

• Posting the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date;
• Sending an email notification to your registered email address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through the support channel.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 49jl Platform shall be subject to the following dispute resolution process:

1. Internal Resolution: Players should first submit any complaint to 49jl's customer support team. 49jl commits to acknowledging complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If the internal resolution process does not resolve the dispute to the Player's satisfaction, the matter may be escalated through available regulatory channels applicable to 49jl's operating context in the Philippines.
3. Jurisdiction: To the extent that judicial proceedings are necessary, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
